We are proud of our reputation within the local community and gauge opinion from relevant organisations to assess performance. We actively seek feedback from the police and other relevant authorities on our performance in upholding the reputation of the security industry.
We regularly review performance against key financial indicators. All measures have targets. These are either met or the reasons for shortfalls in performance are understood and are being addressed.

Customer opinions are regularly obtained and reviewed on a customer by customer basis. Reasons for shortfalls in performance are understood and actions are implemented as a result of that review.
We review performance against employee indicators. Absence, sickness and lateness are all monitored and reported at our management meetings.
We review our performance against employee opinion feedback. Regular surveys are conducted and results are analysed to determine areas for improvement.
Health and safety and environmental performance indicators are regularly reviewed. Reasons for shortfalls in performance are understood and actions are identified to improve performance.
